Today's mortgage rates are so low it is hard to believe. And I wouldn't believe them if I didn't see them myself at a few closing tables this spring. But as in the past, buyers should beware of companies advertising a low rate and then pulling a bait-and-switch when it is too late for the buyer to switch lenders.
