Number of Sales: 472 (up 24% from 2009)
Average Sales Price: $779,230 (down 9% from 2009)
Average Days on Market: 126 (up 13% from 2009)

Park Cities:
Number of Sales: 558 (up 35% from 2009)
Average Sales Price: $1,072,458 (up 5% from 2009)
Average Days on Market: 122 (up 11% from 2009)

Northeast Dallas (east of Central):
Number of Sales: 393 (down 12% from 2009)
Average Sales Price: $266,945 (up 5% from 2009)
Average Days on Market: 61 (down 10% from 2009)

Northwest Dallas (west of Midway):
Number of Sales: 393 (same at 2009)
Average Sales Price: $221,878 (down 1% from 2009)
Average Days on Market: 70 (down 16% from 2009)

Far North Dallas (north of LBJ to Plano, Central to Marsh):
Number of Sales: 687 (down 9% from 2009)
Average Sales Price: $327,586 (up 3% from 2009)
Average Days on Market: 80 (up 14% from 2009)
