There's no Hysteria Lane in Preston Hollow!
My fellow agents and I were out in force today in our high heels. Droves of Realtors were lunching and touring (as we do every week) through several spectacular homes.
So why do agents host luncheons and parties for other agents? It's not just because we love to eat and socialize.
According to MLS statistics, almost 90% of home buyers in North Dallas have their own Realtor represent them when buying a home. When selling a home, it's wise to realize that another agent is probably going to bring you a buyer. For that reason, I want to attract as many agents as possible to the homes I have listed for sale.
And I do love to eat and socialize.
