Michael Davis at Dallas Progress blog gives an exciting report of developments on the north side of LBJ just east of the Galleria (at the old chevrolet dealership), recently approved by the city. Included in the project are a high-rise hotel, retail stores, restaurants, an upscale movie theater and high-rise condos. Really big bucks going into what promises to be a fantastic development.
