As is typical for this time of year, the temperatures are dropping and home sales are slowing. Third quarter results for residential real estate in North Dallas (south of LBJ between Midway and Central) are in and they show the number of homes that have sold this year is down, while the prices are up. Low inventory is the primary reason.
