The chart says it all. The number of Dallas homes for sale is very lowest that it's been in 7 years. And considering that the area population is larger than it was 7 years ago, the housing availability in Dallas is really tight.
So it's no surprise that prices have been rising steadily as well. And don't be shocked to see them continue to rise over the next year.
