How Dallas real estate is rebounding
Home prices and sales are rebounding all over the country and the Dallas market is doing well. However, our rebound is different from the rest of the country because we didn't have the huge housing crash like many other areas. This chart shows the prices in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Dallas-Ft. Worth along with the national average.
As prices rise in the Dallas- Ft. Worth area, I expect to see our prices hit or exceed the national average. [where: 75230]

2013 Dallas Real Estate market climbs
Dallas real estate sales continue to rebound despite the low inventory of homes available. This sellers market is expected to continue as smart investors continue to put their money in real estate.
In the coming months, look for the phrase Housing Shortage to replace the phrase Low Inventory.

If you're thinking of financing the purchase of a home, take a look at today's requirements for a mortgage.

- Your debt to income ratio should not exceed 34%.
- You will likely need 30+ days to finalize the purchase.
- The higher your credit score, the lower you interest rate. Work to get your rating over 750.
