I've shared statistics with you before that show this trend of seasonal sales throughout North Texas going all the way back to 2004. Real Estate sales peaked in 2007. So it is interesting to note this comparison of sales since that peak year.
Here is the January 2012 statistical comparison compiled by Hexter Fair Title Company. It shows that we were up 15% versus January 2011 ( 14% was due to more units, and 1% due to higher average price). January 2012 closing sales were higher than the previous 3 years. Good news. \[where: 75230]
