DISD
recently announced they are considering closing 11 schools to help reduce their budget and make up for cuts in funding. So why did they just pay the $9,800 filing fee to request zoning approval to build a new school in Northwest Dallas near Webbs Chapel and Merrell Road? I'm all for providing the best education possible for every child in Dallas. Will this move help do that?
