Average Age of the First Time Homebuyer = 30
Average Age of All Homebuyers = 35
Average Age of All Homesellers = 45
Average Age of All Real Estate Agents = 55
Average number of homes that buyers viewed before purchase = 12
Average length of home search = 12 months

There is nothing new here, but it is interesting to see it again. I think many agents who have been doing things the old way should pay attention to who their market is. The average 30 year old grew up with the computer and goes their first for information. Thanks for the post.
Interesting facts. I am little surprised to see the average age of the real estate agents. For me its should be less than 50
