There is no Blue Book for a house like there is for a car. And no two houses are the same. They have different locations, different square footages. Even similar condos in the same building differ slightly in their location, views, finishes, decor, etc.
As a Realtor, I tread lightly when it comes to being involved in the appraisal process. But the appraisal is often so critical to the sale, that I often need to be able to help the appraiser thoroughly evaluate a home's true value.
