A $500 reward is offered for the capture of the hackers. But somehow I don't think anyone is going to rat on the culprits.
I'm sure they were just trying to keep Austin weird.

Lydia, this reminds me: have they removed the electronic traffic signs from Royal and Preston?
I'm thrilled that they removed the ugly electronic signs from Royal Lane some time ago. What a waste of money.
