Now this is what I call shelf life!
I went to enjoy some shrimp this evening and thought I should check the date on the opened jar of cocktail sauce in our fridge before digging in.
Imagine my surprise at the expiration date on this jar. It's good through October 9, 2047!
I hope my remaining shelf life is this long!
