I love the idea of enjoying the pool, tennis courts and greenbelts yet not worrying about watering, mowing or repairs. The $157 monthly homeowner dues are a huge savings over just pool and yard services (not to mention utilities and taxes).

Great looking townhome.
I recently moved from a condo to a house with a huge yard, and I'm definitely going to miss having all the exterior maintenance taken care of. My doggies needed room to run and wrestle though (and it does get old when they do that in the living room :P).
