Good News, Bad News.
Realtor.com (the number one real estate search site in Texas) has increased the number of photos that an agent can include with their listings to 25. This is great news for a lot of Realtors like me. I can really showcase all the features of a home. And when I have a nice, large home to sell, this is great.
However, I've also sold smaller homes (like a one bedroom condo) that I can't imagine how I could come up with 25 great looking photos. In the future, look to see more agents posting photos like these below:
